For our friend Fernando, snow is new. He lives in Brazil and had never seen snow before. When we told him we were going snowmobiling he was excited. Looks like he is a natural for his first time on a snowmobile.

We have been on the road a lot and unfortunately we have had to leave Sidekick Suki home. Poor girl. She gets lonely, wants to cuddle and just have a little attention.
This morning she was looking for attention. She found a yo-yo in her toy basket (she has toys all over the house) and was just playing with it. It was fun watching her, so I took a few pictures with my Blackberry phone.
I know the pictures are not great and kind of silly (who lets their dog play with a yo-yo). Suki is 2 years old now and is becoming more of a teenager than my own teenagers, very independent and self sufficient. If she wants to play with the yo-yo, let her play with the yo- yo. Surprisingly, she held still for the most part while I snapped these pics.
We have been on quite a few adventures over the last couple of months. A visitor from Brazil came to our home to check out the snow. He had never seen snow before in real life, so what better place to experience snow than Utah which has “the greatest snow on Earth.”
His flight came into the Salt Lake International Airport in on the 3rd of December. It was not snowing that day but there was snow on the ground. At first he was scared of the snow. Now he cannot get enough of it! Take a look at our snowman building experience with Fernando. I myself hadn’t built a snowman in years, for him it was his first time. Even Sidekick Suki loved the adventure.
